- The Client Gallery is intended for the viewing of images and videos provided by Robles Media to its clients.

- Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

- Clients agree to notify Robles Media immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

### 4. Content Sharing

- Clients may share links to their gallery images on social media or other platforms, provided that proper credit is given to Robles Media.

- Clients may not alter, edit, or remove watermarks from images.

### 5. Limitation of Liability

- Robles Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Client Gallery, including but not limited to the loss of data or profits.

### 6. Termination

- Robles Media reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Client Gallery at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

### 7. Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Client Gallery will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

### 8. Governing Law

- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
